Come in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing for movement and meditation. Please bring a swimsuit or bikini — you'll need it for the sauna experience. We provide towels, herbal teas, and fresh fruits. Just bring an open heart and a willingness to receive.
Absolutely. This retreat welcomes women at all stages of their journey. Whether this is your very first experience or you've attended many retreats, the practices are fully accessible. Our guide meets each woman exactly where she is — with zero judgment.
The exact location will be shared with all confirmed participants. The venue is a beautiful, private sacred space in the Los Angeles area — easily accessible and thoughtfully chosen to support deep relaxation and transformation.
This is intentionally an intimate experience. Spots are strictly limited to ensure every participant receives personal attention, deep connection, and a truly sacred atmosphere. Once it's full, it's full — we don't add extra spots.
